I was born and raised in Florida and played basketball, baseball and football most of my life. I am the proud father of one son, who is in the United States Navy, and two daughters, one is a RN and studying to become a Nurse Practitioner at the University of Duke and other is an Occupational Therapist. Also a proud Grandfather. My wife and I enjoy boating, hanging out with our pets (Turtle and two cats), riding our Jet skis, traveling, and spending time with our family. Customer service before, during, and after the sale is my number one priority. It is very important to me to build a relationship of trust with my customers and establish a no-hassle, no-pressure, honest, and pleasant car-buying experience.

This is the second car I've bought from Brandon Honda. Over the ten years that I owned my first CRV, I received excellent service from the dealership. This time, I decided to go with a CRV Hybrid. LaQuita Smith, "Q," was extremely helpful throughout the purchase process and beyond. In fact, I had not planned to buy a car that day, although I had been thinking about it. I brought my old CRV in for an oil change and other maintenance. After making the decision to buy the new car that day, I had to transfer a lot of stuff from the old car to the new. And I managed to forget several items, most importantly my garage door opener. I called Q twice, as I thought of the left-behind things, and she retrieved them from the car and had them ready for me when I came to pick them up the next day. Q was personable, knowledgeable, and very easy to work with. I see that her name is not on the list of sales personnel, perhaps because she is new to the dealership, but I would certainly give her a five star rating. Chris Irvin, who also worked with me on the selection of the vehicle, is also an asset to the dealership. More

I went to Brandon Honda and met Superman, Christopher Irvin. Mr. Irvin made the process of purchasing my car the smoothest, easiest and fastest I've ever experience in buying a car. This is my 3rd vehic Irvin. Mr. Irvin made the process of purchasing my car the smoothest, easiest and fastest I've ever experience in buying a car. This is my 3rd vehicle from Brandon Honda but this is my 1st most pleasurable experience at Brandon Honda. He's not the typical sales consultant that tells you what you think you want to hear so he can get you in a vehicle. He actually listens to you and works with you. He's straight up, transparent, honest and a man of his word. I hope Christopher Irvin is around the next time I have to purchase another vehicle. Mr. Irvin is like my barber, when you find a good one, you keep them. I'm so happy about my experience with Mr. Christopher Irvin that I can go on for days.
