I was born and raised in Florida and played basketball, baseball and football most of my life. I am the proud father of one son, who is in the United States Navy, and two daughters, one is a RN and studying to become a Nurse Practitioner at the University of Duke and other is an Occupational Therapist. Also a proud Grandfather. My wife and I enjoy boating, hanging out with our pets (Turtle and two cats), riding our Jet skis, traveling, and spending time with our family. Customer service before, during, and after the sale is my number one priority. It is very important to me to build a relationship of trust with my customers and establish a no-hassle, no-pressure, honest, and pleasant car-buying experience.

I have owned 4 Honda Pilots in the past, so needless to say I love my Pilots. But, this is the first one I bought from this dealership. I have nothing but praise for them. Can’t say enough…. . had an issue getting home with a BRAND new passport. Chris Irving offered to cancel a family trip to drive 2 hours to me. I told him to worry about it on Monday and enjoy his weekend. Come Monday and before business close had and upgrade replacement Pilot exchanged at my house and paperwork overnighted to me. This is the second car I've bought from Brandon Honda. Over the ten years that I owned my first CRV, I received excellent service from the dealership. This time, I decided to go with a CRV Hybrid. LaQuita Smith, "Q," was extremely helpful throughout the purchase process and beyond. In fact, I had not planned to buy a car that day, although I had been thinking about it. I brought my old CRV in for an oil change and other maintenance. After making the decision to buy the new car that day, I had to transfer a lot of stuff from the old car to the new. And I managed to forget several items, most importantly my garage door opener. I called Q twice, as I thought of the left-behind things, and she retrieved them from the car and had them ready for me when I came to pick them up the next day. Q was personable, knowledgeable, and very easy to work with. I see that her name is not on the list of sales personnel, perhaps because she is new to the dealership, but I would certainly give her a five star rating. Chris Irvin, who also worked with me on the selection of the vehicle, is also an asset to the dealership. More
