The WORST service I have ever received from ANY dealership. Over and over and over again the service department failed to meet even the lowest standard of service. I am still trying to get a simple dealership. Over and over and over again the service department failed to meet even the lowest standard of service. I am still trying to get a simple part for OVER A MONTH. I have been sent broken parts as well as parts that were in unacceptable condition. I have been lied to, had my calls and emails repeatedly ignored and been treated as an annoyance and not a customer. I have been a Mercedes-Benz owner for over 50 years, and I’ve never experienced a dealership service department provide such an in acceptable level of service, and over a protracted period of time.
