service has been excellent, however I have lost a lot of trust with this dealership, on 2 occasions. on the collision repair i could understand needing additional parts when completing the job, however eve trust with this dealership, on 2 occasions. on the collision repair i could understand needing additional parts when completing the job, however even though it did cost more I understood. however Tylore went way out. of his way to satisfy me. On last service visit i brought the car in for front brakes, Chris calls me after a day and informed I need front and rear, which is very hard to believe, because 1 month prior , I bought this car from a dealership i was working for. and they had replaced the rear brakes. So on the phone i explain this to Chris, at which time he says hold on. returns to the phone saying yes the technician saw it was out of market brand and thought it should be replaced, really, those brakes were fine.. Now knowing my car needs other repairs, i’m very hesitant to return until i now check it out with another Mercedes dealership. thank for Dominic Duca More
