He was followed by Cole on the service side, Branden, the GM, and Cameron on the back end. They were all pleasant and courteous. Christopher in particular, did an outstanding job of explaining the features and benefits of the car I was interested in as well as the details of the transaction. I'll definitely buy from him again. Chris was really great to work with - super knowledgeable and patient with all my questions. He showed me everything about the car, was totally upfront about its history, and never felt pushy at all. Let me take my time with the test drive and made the whole process way less stressful than I expected. The sales manager Jason even worked with us a bit on the price to make sure everyone came away happy. Haven't had much chance to really put it through its paces yet since we just got it yesterday, but so far so good! The whole team made what could've been a headache pretty smooth. No sketchy sales tactics, just straight-up honest dealing. Would definitely go back to these guys if I need another car. Nice to find a dealership that actually seems to care about their customers! More

They were willing to go lower on MSRP - but just a little. The vehicle was in demand, so I understand that stance. They gave me a fair deal on my trade-in on their first offer. So no back and forth and no uncomfortable sales tactics (i.e. lying). I highly recommend this Luther dealership. I looked at a vehicle at a different Luther dealership that I would not recommend. More
