I worked for a company that is renown for high customer service levels and because of that it's takes a lot for me to be impressed but Chris is exceptional. I felt like Chris genuinely cared about my needs, was not trying to push anything on me but rather came up with the right solutions and options for me. This is how you build a customer for life.
