We couldn't have been in better hands when our RAM broke down on our trip from MN. They got us in right away and got us hooked up with Enterprise for a free rental. I dropped my car off to get the brake booster replaced on my car. I was told the car should be done in 2 days. On the third day I called to get an update on the progress of my car (because no-one reached o my car. I was told the car should be done in 2 days. On the third day I called to get an update on the progress of my car (because no-one reached out to me), I was told that they somehow did not actually order the part that first day. I was told the part would be overnighted. Three days later I called for an update (because they did not reach out to update me), and was told that the item was not actually ordered, again. It took an additional SIX (6) days for the part to get there and installed in my car. So, dropped off morning 6/28 8 AM, picked up 11:30 AM 08/08. There are a few explanations for why this happened, and they all involve the service manager not doing his job and terrible customer service. More
