Very pleasant experience with Chris Williams to get my vehicle serviced, though part of the issue wasn't completely solved. Not entirely happy with the quality of the car wash, however, as I got some horr vehicle serviced, though part of the issue wasn't completely solved. I felt that the car was not checked thoroughly before it was delivered to me. For example I had to bring it back the Monday after I picked it up the Saturday before due to a noise coming from the back, had was delivered to me. For example I had to bring it back the Monday after I picked it up the Saturday before due to a noise coming from the back, had to returned it again the following month because the car was leaking inside on the driver's side every time it rained and I am still dealing with the right side mirror who won't go down when backing up to park and the car is not even 3 months since I picked it up. Horrible my car was there for almost two months the body shop butchered the black trim piece over the back window I went back and forth with service advisor and service manger and still results are garbage shop butchered the black trim piece over the back window I went back and forth with service advisor and service manger and still results are garbage I’m very disappointed. the body shop claims that’s the best they can get it.
