The sunroof problem that I brought the car in for continued to rattle again after about 1 week. I am bringing it back in next week which is a major inconvenience as I do not live close to Westbury. continued to rattle again after about 1 week. Difficult experience.a) The front fog light fell into Difficult experience. a) The front fog light fell into the bumper cavity. Cost $145 for new bracket however must take off bumper(?) cost $425. b) f Difficult experience. a) The front fog light fell into the bumper cavity. Cost $145 for new bracket however must take off bumper(?) cost $425. b) fog light idiot light now on (was not when car came into center)...to reset-cost $550. c) total cost over $1200. Told this matter of flatly-take it or leave it. d) I elected to "Leave it'. Could not find my car... Took 40 minutes to get my car back. A VERY Unpleasant experience...certainly not customer sensitive. More

I traded in my Benz for a BMW convertible. My purchase was a bit bumpy, with the car not full detailed upon arrival, and the paperwork not delivered as expected. However, when I needed service on the car was a bit bumpy, with the car not full detailed upon arrival, and the paperwork not delivered as expected. However, when I needed service on the car, Mr. Carlson stepped up and made the process a true delight. I was offered a great loaner car and delivery of my car back to me when finished. The transaction was just what I expected and more from BMW. Made me happy that I purchased from Rallye. More
