I loved his saying, “There are no problems; only solutions.” They went to the dealership, test drove the car and removed my plates. I drove home in a new Lexus while my trade in vehicle was still in for service! Dale gave me sound advice, never made me feel pressured, and was incredibly thoughtful throughout the entire process.
