My name is Brendon Fendler & this is my experience below: I had an overall fine experience with the dealership until I got home. I had an oil change done there for my new 2025 Silverado 1500. I'm n below: I had an overall fine experience with the dealership until I got home. I had an oil change done there for my new 2025 Silverado 1500. I'm not exactly sure what happened, but the following morning after having parking my truck in the driveway, there was a large oil spot on the driveway after having sealed the driveway days before. I'm assuming it was residual from being over filled or a lack luster job where the oil was spilled & it leaked out of the bottom of the truck. We contacted the dealership regarding & it took a handful of phone calls, but we ended up getting in contact with the Service Manager. He apologized & said he would accommodate by providing us points on the app for further service. I called back to confirm this information, left a voicemail & never heard back from them. This was over a week ago now. In person, the service was fine, but the quality of work in performing my oil change seemed very poor. I am not going to call back as this has taken 5+ phone calls to even get in touch with the Service Manager & in the future will try to take my truck to a different dealer for oil changes. Thanks More

Took my truck in for a re-occurring problem. They said it had to happen two times, and brought into their shop to be reviewed. Had this issue a year and a half ago. At first my car was there for 10 days then to get a call from the dealership saying that my car was ready then to get there and nothing was done driving my car I had the same issue so instead of going back from the dealership saying that my car was ready then to get there and nothing was done driving my car I had the same issue so instead of going back to the dealership and acting a fool I went home to Cool off so I called the dealership and they said bring my car back so I did and my car 🚗 been running great 👍 More
