This was the first service on my 2022 430i, which
consisted of an oil change, checking all the vitals, and a complementary car wash. I chose to wait on a Saturday. My car was delivered to me about

While waiting, my service advisor, Charles Griffith, came to update me several times, first coming to introduce himself and let me know what services would be performed. He was very professional and friendly. The waiting area was comfortable and stocked with drinks and snacks. I had brought work to do and I was able to get it done in the setting provided. Since it was the first service, there was no charge. I drove away in a beautifully cleaned vehicle--both inside and out. Thank you, Chuck.
