Hi I am Chuck Griffith a Service Advisor at Germain BMW. I started here at Germain BMW in August of 2013 as a porter and then moved up to be a Service Advisor in January of 2014. This is my first time in the car industry. My family and I moved here for the Northwest Suburbs of Chicago in June of 2013 where I was in customer service for 13 years. When I am not at work I am with my family going to the beach or the pool.

A company is made up of it’s people, and the folks at Germain BMW never disappoint. I had immediate service needs for two of my BMW’s. Charles Griffith is our service advisor. He is always available to answer questions and is always at the ready to provide an appropriate time for service based on the customer's needs.
