Hi I am Chuck Griffith a Service Advisor at Germain BMW. I started here at Germain BMW in August of 2013 as a porter and then moved up to be a Service Advisor in January of 2014. This is my first time in the car industry. My family and I moved here for the Northwest Suburbs of Chicago in June of 2013 where I was in customer service for 13 years. When I am not at work I am with my family going to the beach or the pool.

Charles Griffith always takes care of my car and me. I have a spa and found that my one tire was always lower than the other tires and I called Chuck. He asked if I could bring it in and he will see what have a spa and found that my one tire was always lower than the other tires and I called Chuck. He asked if I could bring it in and he will see what is wrong. I told him that I didn't know I had the problem and had no one to open my spa so I had to go to the spa. He told me to call him when I got to the spa and he would have someone pick my car up and he had the tires in stock if I had something wrong with the tire. Yes there was something wrong - a nail in the side of the tire. So they replaced the tire and returned my car to me without me ever leaving the spa. (I have new people and they don't know how to work the computer program yet.) I am very happy with Chuck as my service advisor. More

Chuck provided me with an overview of the the first service appt for my BMW 430i as soon as I arrived and gave me an idea how long my wait would be since I was waiting at the dealership. He checked in service appt for my BMW 430i as soon as I arrived and gave me an idea how long my wait would be since I was waiting at the dealership. He checked in with me about 30 minutes in and then came back 45 minutes later to say my car was ready for me. It was a great experience dealing with him and hope I get to work with him in the future. More
