Hi I am Chuck Griffith a Service Advisor at Germain BMW. I started here at Germain BMW in August of 2013 as a porter and then moved up to be a Service Advisor in January of 2014. This is my first time in the car industry. My family and I moved here for the Northwest Suburbs of Chicago in June of 2013 where I was in customer service for 13 years. When I am not at work I am with my family going to the beach or the pool.

Chuck is always great to work with. He goes out of his way to make sure that you are taken care of and follows up on any issue. Chuck even went out of his way to call just to make sure everything was ok, way to make sure that you are taken care of and follows up on any issue. Chuck even went out of his way to call just to make sure everything was ok, because they had booked duplicate appointments for me in the system but I only knew of one. I appreciated the concern and call. He is a consummate professional and always a please to deal with. He is definitely an asset to the dealership and your overall staff is the reason I am on my third BMW and will be looking forward to my 4th here shortly. More

Chuck Griffith takes care of my car like it was his own! The service guys meet me when I drive up and they always get Chuck to help me with what is needed. He also arranges for someone to drive me to work The service guys meet me when I drive up and they always get Chuck to help me with what is needed. He also arranges for someone to drive me to work and that is VERY helpful. When my car is finished he finds 2 people to drive it to my work and then they drive back to the dealership.
