Hi I am Chuck Griffith a Service Advisor at Germain BMW. I started here at Germain BMW in August of 2013 as a porter and then moved up to be a Service Advisor in January of 2014. This is my first time in the car industry. My family and I moved here for the Northwest Suburbs of Chicago in June of 2013 where I was in customer service for 13 years. When I am not at work I am with my family going to the beach or the pool.

Chuck Griffith has been our service advisor for both my wife’s and my BMW’s. He is very professional, very friendly, and very knowledgeable about both of our vehicles. Our BMW’s are always taken care with wife’s and my BMW’s. He is very professional, very friendly, and very knowledgeable about both of our vehicles.
