Hi I am Chuck Griffith a Service Advisor at Germain BMW. I started here at Germain BMW in August of 2013 as a porter and then moved up to be a Service Advisor in January of 2014. This is my first time in the car industry. My family and I moved here for the Northwest Suburbs of Chicago in June of 2013 where I was in customer service for 13 years. When I am not at work I am with my family going to the beach or the pool.

New vehicle purchase I recently bought a 2020 X3 BMW from Germain BMW. My salesperson Max Zuercher was absolutely fabulous. He was very warm and friendly and was not a hig I recently bought a 2020 X3 BMW from Germain BMW. My salesperson Max Zuercher was absolutely fabulous. He was very warm and friendly and was not a high pressure sales person, as he has been in two previous transactions with me in 2006 (530i BMW) and 2017 (X3 BMW). He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in buying and worked to get me the best deal. I had an excellent experience and I would highly recommend this dealership, and Max as a salesperson !! More

Great services from Charles Griffith Called Chuck for an appointment to service the new car. He was very easy to work with as he asked; "When would like to come?". At my request, he made Called Chuck for an appointment to service the new car. He was very easy to work with as he asked; "When would like to come?". At my request, he made me the last appointment of the day, which I later found out was a little later than usual. He never said a thing just accommodated my request. Now that is SERVICE!!!
