Hi I am Chuck Griffith a Service Advisor at Germain BMW. I started here at Germain BMW in August of 2013 as a porter and then moved up to be a Service Advisor in January of 2014. This is my first time in the car industry. My family and I moved here for the Northwest Suburbs of Chicago in June of 2013 where I was in customer service for 13 years. When I am not at work I am with my family going to the beach or the pool.

I met Daron Lynn and have bought 2 certified used 7 series from him to date. Daron is the best salesperson I have ever dealt with at any BMW dealer and I look to trade up in abt In the near future. Chuck Griffith in Service is equally great to do business with. He's very accommodating and makes having service a pleasure.
