Hi I am Chuck Griffith a Service Advisor at Germain BMW. I started here at Germain BMW in August of 2013 as a porter and then moved up to be a Service Advisor in January of 2014. This is my first time in the car industry. My family and I moved here for the Northwest Suburbs of Chicago in June of 2013 where I was in customer service for 13 years. When I am not at work I am with my family going to the beach or the pool.

Always a Pleasure Every time I've been in I've always been treated like family. Great staff. Polite, attentive, and easy going. Service staff is always very straightforward and explain everything to you. If something is needed they will go out of their way to get it done for you. My most recent service was my second time dealing with Chuck and both times he has been a great help. Definitely a great people person. More

Friendly and Fast I have had to take my vehicle in a couple of times to BMW and Germain BMW (Chuck is my service rep), is always good to me when I arrive til I pick up. Over and Above Yesterday evening I left an item in the loaner car upon returning it to the dealership. Imagine my surprise when Chuck Griffith showed up at the table with the item after contacting my husband and finding out where we were dining! Talk about customer service. Awesome Repair Experience Our truck died a few miles from the dealer. We had it flat bedded to the dealer a few minutes before closing, Chuck Griffith made sure the repair and Our truck died a few miles from the dealer.
