There were some cars on the website that I really wanted to see, but when encountering them in real life, they were not yet ready. They hadn't been detailed and were honestly in horrible condition to the n to see, but when encountering them in real life, they were not yet ready. Thankfully, the folks helping me ended up getting me to several vehicles I liked so I was able to find something that I wanted, but the first few minutes were not fun because what I expected to see did not happen. I’m a pretty big fan of this dealership as they’re one of the few dealerships, who don’t price gouge! I’ve rarely had an issue there and if I have, it’s been quickly resolved. The staff there are extremely professional, courteous, and friendly… From my sales rep Brittanie (who I’ve now used twice, make sure you ask for her), to the GM Glen, GSM Charlie, Sales Manger McKenzie, Inventory Manager Wayne, and Chris in parts, everyone there is top notch, helpful and like I previously stated, extremely professional. There’s not another dealership in East Tennessee, that I would go to and luckily they were here in my own backyard. Totally worth the drive to Lenoir City Ford if you’re looking for a new or used Ford or another used vehicle. More
