We now decided to buy out the leased vehicle because we really like it. Chuck was our salesman and he was great - friendly and helpful. The two men in finance were also friendly and easy to work with. Our only minor issues were that it was their first day using a new digital signing system so we were there for over 4 hours instead of the “couple” we were originally told, and after the service department did a 100-point check and out the car on the charger, we got it back with an error message that said “needs service” (they quickly and happily remedied that though). Oh, and I think their receptionist was not happy to be there on a Saturday, she was sullen and just short of rude. Overall, this is one of the best auto dealerships I have ever dealt with, so thank you, Capistrano VW! More

Demeaning rude and insulting close in the finance office Salesman worked hard. Systems apparently don’t communicate price realities from sales to management to finance... gave me the wrong price 4 times while waiting ... the offensive and insulting behavior of finance guy and his pushy warranty sales tactics were way beyond acceptable... this is as “diplomatic” as I can be... as some one who grew up in the business, I can tell you, the worst example of winning a client...will never do business again with someone who insulted me, questioned our parental care for our daughter because we did not buy an additional warranty, and demeaned my wife and I both. A shame, because Chuck worked hard to win our business. More

The Who’s Who at CapoVW Drove one car at CapoVW. In the name of due diligence , confirmed availability of comparable vehicle and drove hours to a 2nd dealership (somewhere a Drove one car at CapoVW. In the name of due diligence , confirmed availability of comparable vehicle and drove hours to a 2nd dealership (somewhere around Alhambra ;-/) to the following greeting “good news and bad news”-fell victim to bait. Contacted Chuck back at CapoVW and was welcomed back “home” to CapoVW where I drove away hours later in a great car. Who: Chuck-excellent communicator and honors your time. Genuinely kind , thoughtful and knowledgeable. Richard-self-proclaimed “car geek”. You’ll never feel like you’re asking too many or silly questions about the cars in inventory. Wears an awesome stache, too! Mike-I showed up earlier than scheduled to meet w/Chuck and Mike long suffered that process of paperwork/financing that none of us can wish away. He’s a pro. Nick (on the $ side) saved the 5-Star rating because the car was, mistakenly, stickered and advertised as a CPO Vehicle. Nick rebuked the “car salesman” profile with one statement “mistakes were made”. Boom. Sold. Honesty matters and still matters - at least to me. Kevin (I think ?!?) jumped in and willingly revised, printed and walked through the mother lode of paperwork at lightning speed (who reads that stuff anyways...but what a drag if you get stuck with the Zootopia sloth behind the desk!). I wish I had made note of the gentleman in parts and the uber cool cashier - both easy and a joy to work with. I really wanted to keep our business local and seems like CapoVW shared in that sentiment. I was referred to Miles by Andy, the owner of Teen Road to Safety, but never got to meet him. However, I’d love to ask him where I can buy an additional Bally keychain for my spare key (they aren’t for sale onsite). Miles, call me! 😉 More
