And particularly during the purchase process, our purchase options were clearly given, expensive options eliminated, and we ended up with a deal we felt was best for us. My fears of a pushy dealership or hidden addons and fees that I would have to negotiate down never happened. There was never a moment I needed to defend my decisions to the salesperson. Chuck made the car buying process pleasant! I've retold the buying process to my group of friends again and again - I have a lot to boast about.
