Teddy Hendrix, the sales manager was horrendous to work with. After coming to a deal on my trade and purchase I was sent to financing. I asked to verify that all incentives and rebates were located. 2 week with. After coming to a deal on my trade and purchase I was sent to financing. I asked to verify that all incentives and rebates were located. 2 weeks later it was found by Chrysler that they missed a rebate. He tried to renegotiate a deal to get some of the rebate! What a crook-! More
