Hey guys! I am a Finance Manager here at our local Ford dealership. I’ve been here since June of 2021, I am 31 years old and have a couple of dogs and a couple of wonderful kids at home! I am very easy going, and really enjoy going through my sales process with my customers on a very at ease and comfortable basis. Super service from both Cierra and repeat service from Vicki. Having bought a new car 2 years ago and now returning for a truck I’m not fond of the service department’s policy to not make appointments for Vicki. Having bought a new car 2 years ago and now returning for a truck I’m not fond of the service department’s policy to not make appointments for oil changes. If not for Cierra’s and Vicki’s assisting us with that it would have greatly influenced this purchase. Also when asking about the price of the truck a price was quoted as at sat on the lot. When it came to finalizing the sale there was a charge for some safety braking light they added. Looks to me like we were charged twice for the aftermarket add on. Once on the lot and again at closing. Other than these two things they made the sale pleasant. More
