Hey guys! I am a saleswoman here at our local Ford dealership. I’ve been here since June of 2021, I am 29 years old and have a couple of dogs and a couple of wonderful kids at home! I am very easy going, and really enjoy going through my sales process with my customers on a very at ease and comfortable basis. Cierra did a fantastic job helping me find the vehicle that I was looking for. We had talked about what features I wanted in a Jeep Wrangler and what budget I was wanting to work with. She sent me infor that I was looking for. We had talked about what features I wanted in a Jeep Wrangler and what budget I was wanting to work with. She sent me information on 3 different vehicles before we found the fourth to be the winner!! She even helped me figure in 2 trade-in vehicles to reduce the price. Cierra at West Town Ford was amazing! We went in with no real intention to buy partially because we were dreading that sales person experience. SHE IS NOT ONE OF THEM!
