I want to praise young Micah's commitment to get me in a vehicle that met my needs. Although he reached out to no avail to get a 2021 Ford Explorer that was out on Demo back into the dealership for my revie vehicle that met my needs. The finance person, Toronto Spikes, was equally helpful. He originally directed me towards an extended warranty that probably meets most customers' needs. Once I pointed out my higher than normal mileage driving habits, he directed me towards an extended warranty that more closely matched my needs. Thanks. More
