I did not have an appointment so I chose to wait and the staff was very instrumental in making sure I didn’t waste my morning. I had to bring my Honda Pilot 2016 for transmission change, found out Transmission need to be replaced. Service Team recognized issue and started claim with Honda. I had to leave my car for almost two change, found out Transmission need to be replaced. Service Team recognized issue and started claim with Honda. I had to leave my car for almost two weeks. I was given loaner smaller compact but ok. On picking up manager explained issues again and worked completely. I also brought couple of issues, with car scratch, dashboard panel sticking out and they were fixed. Overall satisfied. More
