Overall everyone I interacted with was professional and treated me with respect. They were able to answer my questions for the most part. I appreciate that I was allowed to use the dealer charging station treated me with respect. They were able to answer my questions for the most part. I appreciate that I was allowed to use the dealer charging station to test the DCFC port of the Bolt and charge it enough to allow me to drive it home. I was satisfied with the car that I got and with the final deal. However, the process of purchasing a preowned car took much longer than expected (over 4 hours from start to end), especially that I knew exactly what I wanted, did not negotiate the asking price, and paid in cash. I waited a long time for financing, and I had to sign too many forms and disclosures. I didn't understand why I had to fill out a credit form when I wasn't taking out a loan. I left the dealership much later than I wanted and had to drive back home in heavy traffic. Also, I didn't like the way they tried to add a DMV registration fee to the final agreed price when I was told earlier that the final price included all DMV fees. That fee was rescinded later. I understand that you want to offer extra packages to earn more from me, but trying to trick me with extra bogus fees was not appreciated. More
