They put the ceramic coating on before cleaning it and do the coating over big guts and don’t even wash it first. Tonya in parts said I typed up a paper for a free cup for the inconvenience, cuz that’s ok. NOT! Like ma’am no, and how it was on your letterhead. You should be fired for speaking to customers and your fellow employees the way you do. They push you from one person to the next. They don’t care if you are a valued customer of that location for 18 plus years. They want your money and to lie about this needing fixed. DON’T WALK, BUT PLEASE RUN FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. They are unfair on trade ins. Told my aunt she needed breaks and she didn’t. Not to mention there is now a deep scratch on the bumper I can’t prove happened either. But I walk around my car daily and it was not there when I dropped it off and it’s a brand new 2025 CRV. More

In February 2024, I bought a Honda Passport from Scott Clark. The Salesperson told me the car had gone through a 182-point vehicle check. The Finance manager told me that Honda doesn't sell certified pre Clark. The Salesperson told me the car had gone through a 182-point vehicle check. The Finance manager told me that Honda doesn't sell certified pre-owned passports because there are so few of them on the market. Since the car had just over 17,000 miles, I knew the car was still covered by the manufacturer's warranty and was not overly concerned by the finance manager's comment. Before driving off the lot, I connected my phone to the car and as I was driving home, I called my wife. I could hear my wife but she could not hear me. I had the same problem after making several attempts to call her. Then I turned the radio on and after a minute or two, the radio would lose the station. The same issue occurred after several attempts. When I arrived home, I realized that the sensors that detect objects were not working. I returned the car the next day and advise the salesperson that if the car cannot be fixed, I want a full refund towards a different vehicle. I got a loaner, and the dealer kept the vehicle for about a week and could not fix the issues with the vehicle. To discourage me from returning the car, the sales manager told me that the vehicle broke after it was sold to me. He also said that if I were to return the vehicle, it needed to be traded for another vehicle at a loss. I allowed the manager to continue with his nonsensical logic and I made it clear that he can call the return whatever he wishes just as long as I received full credit for the returned Passport. In the end, I got full credit for the returned vehicle and I paid an additional 3k towards a 2023 model which was a certified pre-owned. I was totally disappointed with the level of lies and misrepresentation of the vehicle. I will never buy another vehicle from Scott Clark. I will take my car elsewhere for servicing. More
