This is the most unprofessional repair shop I have been in my life. They violated the law by starting repair before providing a full quotation and all repair or replacement options. A representative named Reza and his boss named Mark M are the worst representatives of any establishment. They never return calls or messages. They failed to provide an update for two weeks. I intend to pursue all remedies available for the terrible service and unauthorized repair.
