I stumbled on Grand Subaru after having a poor service experience at Countryside Subaru. The Grand service team was great, so I used them a couple of times. Then I received an offer from Grand to purchase experience at Countryside Subaru. The Grand service team was great, so I used them a couple of times. Then I received an offer from Grand to purchase my Subaru and when I contacted them, I was connected with Jeff Schade. Jeff was a pleasure to work with. Professional, knowledgeable, genuine and helpful.Thought I did not qualify for the original offer, Jeff got me into the new car I wanted at a very reasonable price. The entire experience with Grand has been the best I’ve had with car dealerships. No hard sells or the xx tactics we’ve all experienced. From the finance guy to the person who helped me with tips and tricks to get the most out of my new Forrester Hybrid, it was a very pleasant and rewarding experience. I highly recommend Grand Subaru! Jeff Schade and Grand Subaru were clearly superior with their professionalism, courtesy, prompt attention to detail and fairness in both the sale price and trade-in value. I did not purchase my new Subaru at Grand Subaru by accident; they earned my business by being far better than all others in every category. Their follow-up after the purchase and availability for additional questions is further evidence of the content of their character. Regardless of an hour and 40 minute drive from my home, my next Subaru purchase will be from Grand Subaru. Thank you Grand Subaru for a perfect car-buying experience! More
