I had 7:30 appointment because needed the car right away. Just brought in for an oil change and tire rotation. Nothing was done to my car until 8:10 as I waited outside. It seemed to me, I may be wrong, that the doors for the mechanic bays didn’t open until 8 o’clock anyways. It took two hours to do the service. I had a gas station with five mechanic bays and an oil change with tire rotation would not take more than 30 minutes. It’s just my opinion you can take it or not. More
