Service experience was great. Claudio, my Alfa service manager, handled everything efficiently and with a smile. I had an appointment, my Stelvio was serviced appropriately, and then returned to me fresh manager, handled everything efficiently and with a smile. The dealer only does what it most or it's contractually obligated to do. This is a luxury brand! No offer of a shuttle service or loaner, car wasn't washed, service tech quick to point that something wasn' obligated to do. This is a luxury brand! It's a business culture issue, not the rep's fault. As a person he was fairly pleasant. This only applies to their service department. My sales guy was absolutely great. More

I was extremely disappointed with my most recent service experience at Arrigo. Having purchase three Fiats and two other vehicles from the Arrigo dealership, I made it a point to utilize the service depart experience at Arrigo. Having purchase three Fiats and two other vehicles from the Arrigo dealership, I made it a point to utilize the service department. Well I believe I have used the service department for the last time. Never have I felt more like a nuisance than during this past visit. I called ahead of time to order parts I wanted the dealer to install for me knowing the cost of the parts and understanding there would be labor charges to install the parts. I asked for an oil change and mentioned I had received an email for a special pricing.. Although I had the code for the discount, I was told to email the service tech the email before they would honor the discount. Finally, I asked for an alignment on my vehicle. They told me it would be a four wheel alignment. When I picked up my car, the results posted in the report were worse than when the car had been released to the service tech. I questioned the results. They informed me that the tech had done all he could to align the vehicle and that the rear wheels could not be aligned on my car - only front wheel alignment can be performed. I asked why I was charged for a four wheel alignment when only the front wheels can be aligned? No real answer was provided. Sadly, and this is the why I am quite disappointed with the service, they charged a shop/disposal fee of $45. When I questioned this, I was told it is a standard fee. So, I am charged for a four wheel alignment when only two wheels can be aligned and the end result is worse than when I brought the car into the service area, I am treated as a liar when I mention there is a coupon for the oil change and need to prove I received this email by sending it to the tech via email and further, on top of the labor I was aware I would need to pay to install the parts I requested be replaced because the original parts on the vehicle were wearing out, I now get a "special" fee added. So how much was it to replace some plastic parts, do a synthetic oil change and four wheel alignment? Nearly $750! Again, although I have serviced three Fiats and two Chrysler/Dodge vehicles exclusively at this dealership, I no longer feel like a valued customer and I will not continue to go out of my way to bring them for service. Further, I am not sure I would feel like a valued client if I were to purchase a car from them either. I believe the warmth and care I had felt in the past is now replaced by the desire of increasing their bottom line! Perhaps, their Fiat customers are no longer important. What a sad day for me. More

After spending over $500 at Arrigo to repair my AC, the AC stopped working again days later. I brought it back to Arrigo and was told my expansion valve was leaking and evaporator core burst, then quoted $ AC stopped working again days later. I brought it back to Arrigo and was told my expansion valve was leaking and evaporator core burst, then quoted $2,300 for repairs. Took it for a second opinion, where they found nothing wrong with the evaporator core and fixed the expansion valve leak for $200! Working perfectly now. Very disappointed in Arrigo's service, to say the least. More
