I needed a 30,000 mile check (a bit early). Arrived almost half an hour early (9:40 am). Had asked for a loaner (which was provided). I was told it would 3 to 4 hours. Told them that I would be back with the loaner in 3 hours. Came back and freaking sat there until 5:15 that afternoon! I actually hunted down my service writer and was told that I had been put on the back of the list as I was not a "waiter". Seriously? I had a freaking appointment! Was basically ignored until sw came out and told me that I needed a full alignment as there were chunks out of my tires and I must drive on dirt and gravel (I do not). At this point it was 4 in the afternoon. I told him that I would handle it when I got home. At 5:15 some man comes (not my service writer) out to the lobby and says "you are all done I will take you to the cashier" and no one - I mean no one - went over my paperwork. Got home and I was so angry. Paperwork recommended 3 tires be replace, front and rear brake pads be done and that I had declined the rear brake pads??? Then the checklist shows my shocks/suspension in RED needing immediate attention. I know that if my son had gone he would not have been treated this way. I watched during the afternoon. Multiple older people were similarly "put on the back burner" and basically ignored. Awful experience. I will drive to Fayetteville to get my car serviced in the future. More

Although my repairs took a couple of hours, Clayvius, my service technician, kept me updated and was very kind to explain everything. The waiting area was comfortable and relatively quiet and providing gue service technician, kept me updated and was very kind to explain everything. The waiting area was comfortable and relatively quiet and providing guest internet access. After the technicians completed their work, my car was returned to me washed and vacuumed to complete an overall pleasant experience. More

Clayvius was great to work with. Due to scheduling issues that are done off site our appointment did not allow enough time for the repair. But, the team did a full inspection on our Due to scheduling issues that are done off site our appointment did not allow enough time for the repair. But, the team did a full inspection on our vehicle and came to a conclusion on the issue. Parts are ordered and a new appointment has been made along with a loaner car. Thanks for keeping us informed along the way! On a separate note which has nothing to do with Clayvius….the off site scheduling is a huge problem and inconvenience for the customer and the employees. We have to make an extra trip and that is not convenient since we are 1 hour away. Go back to your in house scheduling to keep everything running smoothly! The scheduler made an appointment for us that did not fit with the technicians work load. Frustrating to say the least. More
