We just bought our second VW at City VW of Chicago. I had contacted City VW of Chicago a few weeks back to ask them to inform me if they received an ID.4 which became immediately available for sale (there is a very long delivery time on them). Early last week, I received a call from Charles Diaz informing me that an ID.4 had become available. From that moment onwards, Charles and his colleagues did everything possible to make sure that I became the satisfied new owner of the car. Charles is a real attribute to both City VW of Chicago and to VW as a brand. His demeanor and attitude were absolutely first class. He was extremely personable and professional and not in any way "pushy". I really felt as though I had a partner in the transaction rather than "being sold" a car. Well done and thank you Charles!
