I started my search online after a couple of friends recommended Zeck Ford. I wasn't in dire need of a newer vechicle but it didn't take long for the right one to come along. I was interested in a vechicle that hadn't been delivered to their lot yet. Kayla was great!! She reached and made sure to keep me posted with any vehicle location updates. As soon as it had arrived to the delearship, she made sure that I was notified and knew that I could set up a time to go look at it. I never felt like I pushed to the side and I really appreciated that. Kayla took care of everything prior to me showing up for my appointment. Cliff was my personal shopper. Not even two minutes after arriving for my appointment, he met me at the front and took me back to his desk to go over some details. Cliff went over everything about the vehicle that I was interested in and left nothing out. He was very professional, friendly and I felt zero pressure when it came to making a purchase. He showed me all of the ins and outs of the vehicle that I was looking prior to test driving it. Paperwork was quick and easy! Could not have asked for a better car shopping experience. Mike was my financial manager. Again, zero pressure when going through additional options. He continued to look for the best deal the whole way through and was great about explaining all of the details. Highly recommend Zeck Ford when searching for your next vehicle!! More
