Bought a car that was not ready for sale. Not advised Test drove a car and almost done purchasing before being told it had not gone through the certification process. It was 3 weeks before I could drive the car off the lot. I had to call for updates and when they called back they called my husband who was not even on the loan or involved in the purchase. I even told them not to call him and specifically told them to call me. I did not get a call until I left a message with the service manager. Then the service manager did not address the issues. My first experience many years ago with Zeck Ford was amazing. In and out in a little over 2 hours. This last experience lasted 3 weeks. Not sure I will be a return customer. A car should not be on the lot or for sale to customers unless it is ready to drive off the lot. Communication was terrible and I had to do all the follow up. Then when the car was ready the salesperson called ME (surprise) multiple times even when I told him I would be up late that day. The finance person, Brandon, was the best. More
