The GM, Clifford Rudd, hooked us up with Will Jenkins. What a wonderful experience!!! I had researched Jeeps for a year and knew exactly what I wanted. Will was so patient, listened to all of my requests, and tried to find exactly what I wanted. He took me on a great test drive explaining all of the features and allowing us to take the top down and drive the hill behind the dealership. I was sold! Unfortunately, Will couldn't find a Jeep outfitted exactly like I wanted within 500 miles. Next step, build a Jeep just for me! What fun! After waiting 5 weeks, my dream car has arrived! Will even called me to let me know it was on the train to Georgia! He stayed late for us to come pick it up once it arrived and still took the time to explain everything about my sweet new ride! I couldn't be happier! Thank you Will! You made car buying fun!!! More

Meanwhile, Rusty was extremely patient with us and helpful. We actually ended up buying a truck as well. Believe me when I say that it took a very special salesperson as well as a very special truck for my husband to even consider trading in his other truck. While it is too late to remedy many of my complaints retrospectively pertaining to the customer service I've already been subjected too; I do believe Mr Rudd is sincere when he says he has already addressed some of my concerns and will use it as a learning tool for both Finance and Servive Departments. I also believe if I chose to do business with Troncalli again it would be a different experience from last time. More

Initially I wrote a bad review, however that was mainly due to some misunderstandings with emails not reaching me. The car has had a lot of problems, none of which were the dealerships fault, as the issues were intermittent and probably weren't evident when the vehicle was inspected by them, however at this time they are working with me to have the car replaced or to swap it out with another one in their inventory. I'll update this review when the problems have been fully resolved. More

(KIA) The Troncalli Group heard about this and called me. This is where their true character shined! They went way beyond anything they had to do.
