Taking advantage of an educated and honest customer. I don't go to the dealership for everything. Any reasonable person wouldn't. I went to my "guy" and he ethically advised that he sees an issue with I don't go to the dealership for everything. Any reasonable person wouldn't. I went to my "guy" and he ethically advised that he sees an issue with the drivetrain and to take it to the dealer. He didn't have to do this, but that's the type of service that he provides. I then go to Troncalli who starts trying to add services and unnecessary repairs that I know are not needed. I had used these guys a few years ago, and went away from them for this very thing. I thought that in a few years that they would have wised up. Guess not. More

Transmission failure after 5 weeks...No recourse Just purchased a new Jeep from Troncalli 5 weeks ago. Check engine light came on yesterday. Took it in and turns out it needs a new transmission aft Just purchased a new Jeep from Troncalli 5 weeks ago. Check engine light came on yesterday. Took it in and turns out it needs a new transmission after just 5 weeks! Anybody want to buy a car with a replaced transmission? Me either. Funny part is that they don't want to provide similar transportation while I deal with Chrysler directly since they can't and won't replace the car. Oh ya, when asked about reported transmission problems during the sale I was told, "Small computer glitch thats all fixed". Just my experience to date. More to come I'm sure. If I were doing it all over again, without a doubt I'd opt for an alternative car and dealer! More

Many dealerships have individuals that stand out for their customer service, but I can honestly say that everyone I've ever encountered at Troncalli has been courteous, helpful, and respectful of my time. From reception to sales, parts, service and management, they seem to instill a sense of customer focus and ethics rarely seen in today's society. I plan to continue giving them my business. They've earned it! More

Feeling Let Down On two separate occasions had been told they had secured a dealer trade for the vehicle we wanted. Merelene was our sales person and she was great. We were looking for a new Jeep for our daughter - who was starting to drive. Merlene was extremely helpful - she even showed us how to return the Freedom top and push back the soft top. We also worked with Tye and Cliff and they, too were helpful and very fair. It was a wonderful experience! kudos to Troncalli for hiring such professional employees!! Merlene and I even exchanged recipes! More
