We are not very familiar with Wichita and have never bought a car here, but I'm so gtateful that my internet search led us to this business. Everyone we met there greeted us and showed us exceptional hospitality. We decided to move forward with purchasing a new vehicle at Donovan's. The customer service was absolutely unmatched. They showed care and concern for our unfortunate circumstances and worked diligently with us to find the right vehicle to fit our needs and budget. I'm so thankful for Mike and Brandon's help on a day when things went a direction we didn't expect. We will definitely return to Donovan's in the future because of their outstanding customer service! Great experience! I originally found the car in Cars.com. I contacted the dealership through them. There was a salesman ( Brandon Rush) that contacted me almost immedia I originally found the car in Cars.com. I contacted the dealership through them. There was a salesman ( Brandon Rush) that contacted me almost immediately. The car was a new arrival and stl needed to go through the shop and detail. Brandon notified me when it was available. I made an appointment with him, he was pleasant, professional and not high pressure! Long story short, from the time I got to the dealership, until the time I drove out was less than 3 hours. Amazing I just moved from NC to KS, my first stop after the hotel was dealerships trying to get a car. Used pick up purchase We had the pleasure of working with Mike Wildeman for a sales rep. My husband had been texting with him about a pick up. I went in a few days before We had the pleasure of working with Mike Wildeman for a sales rep. My husband had been texting with him about a pick up. I went in a few days before he would be home, and Mike helped be out in a great way. He answered all of my questions. A couple of days later, my Husband and I went in and visited/purchased a vehicle from Mike. He was most helpful, knowledge, and patient with me. We also worked with Clifton in the finance department.
