She then spoke with me on the phone and had the PERFECT truck selected for me with options that I hadn’t even thought of but LOVE. Kristen was with a customer when I arrived so she had Rick work with me. It was such a smooth transition and I was impressed that she didn't have me sit and wait on her. It was a team approach with the customer getting the best service at Lithia. Rick was exceptional! He, very patiently, walked me through all the features of the Tacoma and accompanied me on the test drive. He also picked me up at the airport since I had to return the rental car. Once we got back to the dealership, he stayed with me and set up the navigation and voice recognition system in the truck. I was so grateful because I encountered a terrible storm driving home but felt safe knowing that I wouldn’t miss a turn. My overall experience was waaaay better than expected! The people at Lithia go over and above!! More

It is all about assisting My wife and I had several appointments to look at cars on our shopping day. Lithia Toyota was our first and ultimately our only stop. Dave greeted us, My wife and I had several appointments to look at cars on our shopping day. Lithia Toyota was our first and ultimately our only stop. Dave greeted us, explaining his first objective was to help us, answer questions, and make sure that when we left the dealership we were satisfied. Dave spent hours with us, making sure we saw and test drove the cars of our choosing. The hours we spent was based on our shopping pattern, nothing to do wth delays at Lithia. Never were we rushed or push to make a decision. It was remarkably low key and much to our liking. Once satisfied we found the car we liked, Dave worked with us to close the transaction. It was remarkably stress free. Proof that Dave was true to his word that he wanted us to leave with a smile of satisfaction. When Clinton presented the paperwork for our signatures, he did everything with his own smile and was extremely professional. Great experience for us. I can only hope and believe the "up front" great friendly and professional demeanor we experienced will be equalled in the service area when we drive three hours to Billings for service work. From our experiences so far, the dealership has clearly demonstrated it wnts to earn business and keep it. Good for them, good for us, more satisfied customers. More
