I traveled across the Cape to see what a Family owner dealership was like and I was so impressed with those I dealt with that I knew I had found the right place. Their radio ads are right on the money; I too am a believer. My dealings with Keith over the internet and Coby & Amy at the dealership were not only professional but all made my wife and I feel like we were part of a family. Even running into Matt Murphy who ask if I was being helped and welcomed us warmly. Very comforting when you are up against sales people. All in all I can't speak more highly of Falmouth Toyota and the folks that make it what it is. More

I had a couple of minor requests that were a bit out of the ordinary and Falmouth Toyota's attitude was "sure, no problem," or "we'd be happy to do that." Three other dealers rather abruptly refused. Falmouth Toyota recognizes that we are in the internet age. The basics of my deal were done by instant messaging. The first contact was Shallana Medina, who was very careful to clarify exactly what I wanted, and she did not attempt to lead me in any other directions. This first contact was important; I knew what I wanted. Later, it took five or ten minutes to work out the deal with Keith Stanger--again by instant messaging. A few days later I needed a ride to the dealership by the very pleasant Rihanna. The friendly and upbeat Coby Signs handed the final details efficiently and before long I was on my way. To top it off, a couple of days later I even received a phone call from ownership (Matt Murphy) to ask how things were going. More

Mid February, experience with Coby was top-notch so husband met with him for a Venza to lease. Can't beat doing business with Coby-he is patient, knowledgeable, friendly, courteous, the essence of a true gentleman. Having owned a Camry for many years, bought from Falmouth Toyota, I am very familiar with the service department-again a top-notch operation. The buying experience is like none other-the customer is truly treated with the respect one deserves. Two cars in two weeks I'd say Falmouth Toyota, and especially Coby, is doing a great job finding the right car for the customer. More

Purchased Certified Used 2008 Toyota 4Runner I purchased a certified used 4Runner from Falmouth Toyota from out of state. I saw the ad online and the vehicle was exactly what I was looking for. I purchased a certified used 4Runner from Falmouth Toyota from out of state. I saw the ad online and the vehicle was exactly what I was looking for. I worked with Coby who checked to make sure the vehicle was available and then held it for me while I could make arrangements to pick it up. I rented a car and drove from Vermont to the local Hertz drop off, and then Coby picked me up and took me to the dealer. Some might be afraid of purchasing a vehicle sight unseen but the online pictures were very detailed and there is really nothing to worry about with a Toyota Certified used vehicle. I have since put about 1,200 miles on the truck and am very happy with my purchase. More
