Came home with a RAV4 Two weeks ago I walked into the Falmouth Toyota dealership just to look around and check out pre-owner vehicles. I left with a new 2017 RAV 4 and I l Two weeks ago I walked into the Falmouth Toyota dealership just to look around and check out pre-owner vehicles. I left with a new 2017 RAV 4 and I love the car. When I walked in I was met by Coby Signs. He asked what I was looking for that day and I told him that I wasn't really ready to buy but was doing research and was interested in pre-owned vehicles. He started asking what vehicles ad showed me list, then we looked on the lot. Great knowledge of the vehicles and we talked about comparative models and upper models too. Knowing what I was looking for I also asked him to give me a comparison on the purchase of a new car with my trade in. There were no pushy tactics. He even added something to the deal that I asked for. Now I"m not stupid and I know that dealers know what they can and cannot give a little on but I thought that Toyota had a great deal on the RAV 4 and I loved the feel and handling of the vehicle and I was sold. Coby was so knowledgeable and even gave me later advice on care of the car. He was proud of what Toyota sold and it showed. He also showed me a review from his brother, who had recently purchased a RAV 4. Overall a great experience. I can only hope that the RAV 4 continues to perform as it is doing now. Awesome safety features. Love the automatic headlights..high beam on and off is amazing and reliable. I got the LE model which is basic, i.e. no moon roof, fog lights, and I think the radio does a little less but it is an awesome vehicle. Got the silver, which I never expected, and it looks classy. We have purchased 6 cars in the past years from this dealership, but our last car was a Honda CRV because we had to tow the car behind our RV. We sat in the Rav4 and it was very comfortable, especially for my husband's back. Our salesman, Coby Signs, knew everything about the car. He was a wonderful help and very pleasant. We drove home in a new Rav 4 and we just love it. It is nice to be back with this dealership again. A few days after our puchase, Matt called to see how we liked our new car. Unbelievable! More

Every employee welcomes you, passes you with a big smile and is so courteous you'll think you are at a world class resort. Sales focus is based on your needs, they listen first and offer what Is best for you, they should pride themselves on their honesty. When I was shopping for my Saturn, it was such a horrible experience. Not the Saturn team, but every other dealership I went to. High pressure sales, really cheesy sales tactics, etc. I found everyone one that I dealt with at Falmouth Toyota to be friendly and professional. Now I had already made up my mind that I was going to buy this car, but even with that, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I have had a few follow up questions that I emailed my salesperson about, and he has responded quickly with all, even the questions that were probably pretty stupid. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone. Great experience all around. More
