Solid experience purchasing my new vehicle I was looking for a Ford Escape and specifically went to Suburban to look at a 2015 that I ultimately ended up purchasing. Lance was my salesperson an I was looking for a Ford Escape and specifically went to Suburban to look at a 2015 that I ultimately ended up purchasing. Lance was my salesperson and was a good guy all around. Came in on a Saturday and had my vehicle that week on Thursday. Car runs great. Only thing I would say is my loan officer had an issue with the wire transfer information he was given as the routing number was incorrect. Correspondence was a little slow with my loan officer as well. Just a few small thing though as my experience was good overall. Would definitely recommend them. More
