Eagle Buick GMC provides that local hometown service and experience that we all want to have when we go to make a purchase. I really enjoy selling our Sierra trucks and Yukon’s. Buick’s new innovative technology they have integrated in their new models is outstanding as well!

I have been looking for the right GMC Sierra 1500 for a while. A lot of the dealerships in my area in SC have added dealer markup and loads of dealer added mods making the prices extremely inflated. I star while. A lot of the dealerships in my area in SC have added dealer markup and loads of dealer added mods making the prices extremely inflated. I started to look out of state and found Eagle. Not only did they have the exact truck I was looking for, they went out of their way to make me feel like I was their only customer and that my needs were theirs. Their team was respectful, willing to work around my conditions in a manner that benefitted us both. They even worked with me on meeting up since the dealership was 6 hours away from my house. They have a customer for life. Integrity is everything to me and they embody it. More

I have a great review for the sales department during our first day there to find and buy a truck. However, after having bought a used truck for just over $30k and having it be in the service dependent for 9 first day there to find and buy a truck. However, after having bought a used truck for just over $30k and having it be in the service dependent for 95% of the time since I bought it on Sept. 28, I have no real review only frustration and tears. I’m sitting here yet another weekend with no vehicle. No loaner offered to us at any point and yet another giant question mark of what’s going in with the truck. The communication between the service team and sales team is terrible. Communication to us as the customer is even worse. It’s mind boggling that the few things listed in the repair IOU during purchase continued to plague us with worry and loss time of actually having the truck in our possession. When I thought the issues were finally resolved, another problem arises and it was completely avoidable that my truck would be needing to have a tow truck get it from my house the very next morning!. I’m astonished that an entire dealership staff could’ve walked by this truck, in its front parking spot, with the pool of fluid under it and no one did anything about it! Robert inspected the truck the best he could. He tried to reassure me that the fluid was from another truck that was parked there earlier. We drive it home, parked it and had our own fresh fluid on the driveway the next morning. Now here I am with no vehicle to drive, again. No one even contacted us to tell us what’s the matter. Once again, we had be the one to call to ask or else we wouldn’t know anything. Still don’t know much. I’m still sitting here with no truck to go on a scheduled trail ride. I can’t even go to the store. You’d think after all of this I would’ve been offered at the least, an economy little car so I’m not completely without a way to go. You’d think after the multiple issues with the lack of communication from the service department we would’ve been kept informed for every step. I’m seriously sitting here wondering if I’m ever going to be able to use this truck that I bought specifically to haul my horses for some weekend rides. I had one month to be able to vet the truck before needing to use it to go out of state with the horses. I have seven days left and have driven it a few times to work, 5 miles away, and 2 times around town. I have no confidence in the service department to return a reliable vehicle to me. I’ve already resigned myself that I’m going to need to spend money on a complete inspection elsewhere. I’m making arrangements to borrow a truck to go on my prepaid trip out of state. Sitting here writing this out makes my stomach turn. I can’t even think about the truck without feeling sick about it. I was so excited to finally get a heavy duty truck. It was the 1st step in a plan towards getting my first weekender gooseneck trailer. Instead I sit here stranded and clueless, again. My review is long winded but it’s to paint the picture of what ‘Dropping the Ball’ would look like. I’m the one stuck with a $30k loan with a payment due tomorrow, on a vehicle I’ve barely had in my possession and no clue when I’ll get it back or what will go wrong next. Consumer Beware, yes, I take my share of responsibility for not taking it to a different source for inspection prior to buying it. It has impeccable service records from its previous owner and beautiful appearance inside and out with low miles for its age and it being a diesel. I was buying a vehicle from a reputable dealership. I took these things in account and neglected to take it one step further and have a pre purchase inspection of my own done on it. It doesn’t take away from all that I’ve said happened afterwards. Use my experience here as piece of info of what could happen. I’m going to wait for the sales office to open up and call to beg for pity so I might get a loaner. More
