I initially saw the vehicle i was interested in on AutoTrader.com, i gave the number listed there a call and began the transaction. After sending pictures of my possible trade, the salesman and i wer AutoTrader.com, i gave the number listed there a call and began the transaction. After sending pictures of my possible trade, the salesman and i were able to reach an agreeable deal over the phone. This was nice because i knew what the deal was before i ever even set foot on the dealership property. Upon arrival they had the car cleaned up and ready for a testdrive and the salesman met me immediately and we began the process. It was kind of busy so after all the initial paperwork was done it did take a while to get into the office of a business manager to finish the deal but it wasn't a terribly long wait. I felt that the deal was fair and honest and i would recommend this dealership to others. I didn't mention that i drove 2.5 hours one way to get the car i was wanting. The only thing i can think that would be more helpful is if there were some invitations for beverage or snack while i waited and i had to ask where the restroom was as opposed to initially being shown where it was. Overall i am pleased with the transaction and am glad i made the trip and the purchase. Cody got everything set up for me and was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and taught me quite a bit about it during the test time, Brian stayed with me during the paperwork and helped me transition from my trade to the new car, and Allen got me a very excellent deal on financing and warranty. Great dealership and great people down in Lugoff. More

My wife and I had been thinking of buying a Toyota Highlander for about a year. After visiting several local dealers and checking prices on Consumer Reports, we decided to go with Lugoff Toyota as th Highlander for about a year. After visiting several local dealers and checking prices on Consumer Reports, we decided to go with Lugoff Toyota as their price was the lowest. We were pleasantly surprised at how nice the new store was and we were especially pleased with the friendliness of the sales staff. Cody Debruhl, the internet salesman was my initial contact via email. At the store we met Walter Trieman and he showed us the inventory. Walt was extremely helpful and courteous. He was not pushy and after a test drive he let the car sell itself. Once we decided to purchase, Walt turned us over to Trevor Reames the finance manager. Trevor was not pushy either, and explained additional warranty options. We especially appreciated the friendliness and courtesy extended by the sales staff and finance manager. My wife has diabetes and other physical ailments that limit her stamina and endurance. The courteous and friendly staff made our buying experience a joy. More

THE BEST CAR PURCHASING EXPERIENCE. And I really mean it. It started with e-mail inquiry to get our new van. Mr. Debruhl replied back in less then 8 hours and followed up with phone call. Asked me questions about what I needed in our new vehicle and asked me to visited dealership. I visited dealership and he worked with me and got me what we wanted. Whole experience (selecting color, interior , optional package) was great and Mr. Debruhl help at each step was exceptional. They have to get this vehicle from other place and once they got the vehicle, not only Mr. Debruhl delivered to our door step but took time to give us step by step demo of all the features. It is now two weeks and Mr. Debruhl has called us twice to check on us. I have become a big fan of Lugoff Toyota and Mr. Debruhl. Will tell every friend of mine on not only purchase Toyota Vehicles but only from Lugoff Toyota and from Mr. Debruhl. Thank you Mr. Debruhl for making our car purchasing experience easy. More

After spending many months looking for a good used car at a reasonable price for my son, I was given a recommendation to go to Lugoff Toyota. I found the perfect car for my son to take to college at a great a reasonable price for my son, I was given a recommendation to go to Lugoff Toyota. I was very pleased with Lugoff Toyota. The salesmen were very attentive to my needs and worked with me on each and every detail of my new car. I was very anxious about buying a new car but they were VERY p very attentive to my needs and worked with me on each and every detail of my new car. I was very anxious about buying a new car but they were VERY patient and understanding and I am so appreciative. I knew I would be ectastic in a few days but now that it has been a couple of days since my purchase, my nerves have calmed down. Ralph & Cody were great on keeping me in the loop as to their search for my car. I was probably a tough and demanding customer but they listened and found me the perfect car. It had been sixteen years since my last purchase which was also a Toyota Camry so things had changed a lot. Cody did an AWESOME job explaining all the high tech options on my car. He spent a lot of time going over every detail of the car. I was so thankful for the time he dedicated to me. I will be recommending Lugoff Toyota to all my friends and family for their next car purchase. I live in Columbia and didn't mind driving 30 miles out of my way to this dealership.
