The Ford Dealership was wonderful. Unfortunately the engine failed shortly after the warranty repair. A Ford employee checked but it failed again for the same reason. Cody and the entire crew in service are AWESOME I have never been to a nicer service department. Everyone there just treat you with the utmost respect. Had my car in 3 times in 2 months for different issues and they were amazing every time! They answered all my questions and communicated frequently with me about my repairs. When an issue they didn't orig and they were amazing every time! They answered all my questions and communicated frequently with me about my repairs. When an issue they didn't originally find popped up, they worked with me to keep the original quote they gave me instead of increasing the cost. I will always recommend the main service department and Quick Lane for car repairs! More
