You don't have mechanics, you have parts changers, if the scanner says there's no problem, your 'mechanics' pretend everything is fine. 7 people, including 2 of YOUR quick lane employees can smell fuel in th scanner says there's no problem, your 'mechanics' pretend everything is fine. 7 people, including 2 of YOUR quick lane employees can smell fuel in the oil, but your 'master mechanic' can't smell it? We were told the oil level was 'normal' then told the issues were due to an overfill on an oil change? ..... is the oil normal level or overfilled? I've never seen a mechanic who checks the oil level with the engine running.... your employees are zero help, and don't give a xxxx about work if it's warranty. More
