I tried to purchase a f150 a few years back and could not deal there. Had to go to another Ford dealership. The service that I just had done. I had to wait 7 months for a oil pan because it was on back order deal there. Had to go to another Ford dealership. The service that I just had done. I had to wait 7 months for a oil pan because it was on back order all that time. In that time frame I had to keep an eye on my oil level since it was dripping oil. And by the time the new oil pan came in my oil viscasity was down to 10% and I was 2000 miles away from getting a new oil change. Not sure if it was from losing oil from the oil pan or what. But the oil did get changed when the new oil pan was changed. So I will see how this goes with the oil viscasity. More

The Ford Dealership was wonderful. Unfortunately the engine failed shortly after the warranty repair. A Ford employee checked but it failed again for the same reason. Had my car in 3 times in 2 months for different issues and they were amazing every time! They answered all my questions and communicated frequently with me about my repairs. When an issue they didn't orig and they were amazing every time! They answered all my questions and communicated frequently with me about my repairs. When an issue they didn't originally find popped up, they worked with me to keep the original quote they gave me instead of increasing the cost. I will always recommend the main service department and Quick Lane for car repairs! More

Really? My vehicle has been in the garage for. 4 months. I know they are having problems getting parts. I understand that but refusing me a vehicle to drive My vehicle has been in the garage for. 4 months. I know they are having problems getting parts. I understand that but refusing me a vehicle to drive is inexcusable. I live 30 miles out of town. I have put out quite a bit of money paying for rides. And when the parts came in they told the insurance man that it would take a minimum of 2 weeks to fix. So after one week I called to see how far along they are on my vehicle. I was told they have no stall for my vehicle. Well in my opinion mine car should have been started on as soon as the parts came in Since it's been there for four months. I have paid 650.00 car payment and 191.00 insurance payment for four months to sit in the garage. I have never been treated at any other garage like I have been at the Ford garage. Sorry. More
