I tried to purchase a f150 a few years back and could not deal there. Had to go to another Ford dealership. The service that I just had done. I had to wait 7 months for a oil pan because it was on back order deal there. Had to go to another Ford dealership. The service that I just had done. I had to wait 7 months for a oil pan because it was on back order all that time. In that time frame I had to keep an eye on my oil level since it was dripping oil. And by the time the new oil pan came in my oil viscasity was down to 10% and I was 2000 miles away from getting a new oil change. Not sure if it was from losing oil from the oil pan or what. But the oil did get changed when the new oil pan was changed. So I will see how this goes with the oil viscasity. More

Always do maintenance at the dealership due to free oil changes and warranty issues. I've had the same issue with getting warnings about my coolant overheating when going up hill have brought this to the s changes and warranty issues. Attending the WVU Super Regional baseball game on a Saturday in June, and needing an oil change for my 2024 Bronco, I called Ford Lincoln of Morgantown and scheduled an appointment using their AI assis Saturday in June, and needing an oil change for my 2024 Bronco, I called Ford Lincoln of Morgantown and scheduled an appointment using their AI assistant. Upon arriving early, Tyler quickly completed my reservation and I was on my way to the Ridge. He called to offer to offer an online portal for payment during the exciting game, but the weather was turning ugly, so I made the short walk to the dealership, paid for the service, used their bathroom and relaxed in the comfortable, air conditioned waiting area until the violent storm passed and I could safely return to the ridge. Thanks Tyler & the FLM team. More Ford owners should take advantage of your location and get serviced while attending events and the baseball stadium. More
