The process in and of itself can take a bit of time, but to me well worth t great job and his customer service was the best I’ve dealt with thus far. It was in the waiting where they took time to get to know me, and that speaks volumes when it comes to the type of people they are. Beyond a car sale, when you can offer kindness and a little bit of understanding, it makes the entire process a win win for both. So nicely done! More

I called on Monday to make sure the vehicle was going to be ready for me to test drive on Friday. They said it should be ready by Thursday. I Drove an hour and 20 minutes and the vehicle was sitting by the be ready for me to test drive on Friday. They said it should be ready by Thursday. I Drove an hour and 20 minutes and the vehicle was sitting by the cleanup area with absolutely nothing done to it since it was traded in. It was a complete mess. I took it for a test drive, one of the stability lights came on. They said they could fix that fast and get it portered quickly. I know it was going to take at least four more hours. Not much of an apology from my sales man or from management . We left without the vehicle but we signed the paperwork and then the salesman actually delivered it to my house a few days later when it was serviced and clean. More
