I had been car shopping for a couple of weeks and still hadn't decided on which car I wanted to get, I had it narrowed down to 3, each from a different dealer, at this point I had not visited Dorsch Ford y hadn't decided on which car I wanted to get, I had it narrowed down to 3, each from a different dealer, at this point I had not visited Dorsch Ford yet. A friend of mine suggested that I take a look at the Kia Optima, I had been so overwhelmed with making a choice, I didn't think I wanted to throw yet another car into the mix of possibilities, however, my husband and I decided to stop in at Dorsch Ford Kia. We were greeted by Becki Kollman, not at all your stereotypical "salesperson" personality. She was a breath of fresh air. She listened to what we were looking for and pointed us in the direction of cars that we would be interested in, one being the Kia Optima. This was the first car that both my husband and I were drawn to equally. We loved it! Then we test drove it - we knew this was the car that we wanted and our search had ended. Becki did a phenomenal job of explaining all features. She was very kind and personable. James Vertz and Becki were also very patient and understanding as we discussed our financing options, choosing the best plan to meet our needs. In addition, when going over the final paperwork with Cody, I was more than impressed with his efficiency and willingness to go out of his way to make sure all my loose ends were tied up before I left his office with insurance, Registration Fee Trust, etc. He answered all my questions and when I left his office, I felt even more excited about my new purchase. Earlier, James had summed it up perfectly, he said "people are not afraid to buy a car, they are afraid to buy the wrong car" I could completely relate to that statement, however, now I feel confident that I bought the right car for me. I have absolutely loved driving my new Kia Optima and have enjoyed the compliments from everyone that has seen it. Becki has continued to check in with me to make sure that I don't have any questions about any of the features of the car. She is top notch! I have already recommended Dorsch Ford Kia (and the Kia Optima) to people that I know that are in the market for a new car. I know if they have the same experience that I had, they will be as thrilled as I am. - Gina More

I purchased a used Kia Sorento on June 27th. I researched different vehicles at different dealerships online first. I initially emailed Dorsch and wasn't happy to get a form letter via email. It really wasn't helpful or useful to get multiple emails with the same information I had on the website. I went into the dealership on Monday to test drive multiple vehicles including a mercury mariner, a kia sportage and a pacific blue kia sorento. The selection of Sorentos was impressive. On Wednesday, I returned and found a Sorento that had all the options I wanted. I test drove it with Kyle who was very friendly and helpful. There was absolutely NO pressure. After a week with multiple dealers and multiple salesmen, he was by far my favorite up until that point. He still sang the praises of the vehicle we were in and how much he liked Dorsch but it was a fun filled test ride. I decided to put a hold on the vehicle. I came back to Dorsch on Thursday after getting my written offer on a another vehicle at another dealership. This time I worked with Brad. Again he was helpful and friendly. He definitely wanted to sell me the car but he worked with me to get the price plus tradein where I was happy with it. Finally, once we settled on the numbers, he introduced me to Cody. Cody took the preapproved financing I had and worked with another bank to get a competitive interest rate and better payment. Cody was extremely professional and up front. He was also really pleasant to work with. Overall the car buying experience is undeniably stressful. I was prepared for lots of pressure and there were definitely salespeople at Dorsch that fit the stereotype. However, Kyle and Brad were a delight to work with. It definitely matters who you get at any dealership so go see Kyle and Brad. Don't bother emailing, it was a waste of time. But once you buy, Cody will find you the best deal! More

Experience was very good, it was a no hassle, no pressure atmosphere. I did not feel like any time was wasted and felt good coming out of the transaction. We stopped at Dorsch to look at their line of Kia's as we were in the process of a buyback under the lemon law from Ford. We were very unhappy with the customer service we received from Ford and Broadway Automotive. The buyback of the lemon was a nightmare. We worked with Cody at Dorsch with the purchase of our new Kia. Cody and Deb went above and beyond with the purchase of our new Kia Sorento. We found a vehicle we loved but had to wait for the lemon to be repurchased in order to finalize the purchase. Cody held the vehicle we wanted for longer than he should have and Deb went the extra mile with the financing due to the buyback. Cody and Deb treated us with respect and provided excellent customer service. They made sure we got the best deal. We love our new vehicle and will be lifelong customers! More

Our new car buying experience with Cody Graf was exceptional. It's always hard to trust a salesperson when your dealing on a car, but Cody was the exception. Years ago I had problems with a car deal. here; however, I really wanted to check out their line of KIA's. I went back and explained the situation and they went out of their way to make amends.
